Let’s Chat About How I’m Growing, Connecting, and Setting the Stage for Bigger Things in 2025

Man, this past week has been crazy. Time is flying, and with my ADHD brain, I didn’t even realize it’s already been a whole week since I last talked to you. But hey, here we are, and I’ve got some updates.

So, last Sunday, I had my first paid speaking event of 2025 🥳 thanks Coach Lee for thinking of me. I talked about how to start, scale, and monetize YouTube this year, and it was a vibe. We ended up chatting for almost two hours because the energy was flowing!

Networking has been crazy too, which has had my social battery all over the place—especially with daylight savings throwing off my rhythm. But we’re managing of course.

I also recorded a podcast with one of my old coworkers who’s launching her esthetician business. We just kicked it, talked about her journey, marketing, content creation, and what the first few months of starting her business will look like. It felt good to just talk and hang out—no pressure, just good conversation. You can check it out on YouTube & Spotify.

On the work side, I’ve been doubling down on my PM 🌶️📝 newsletter and services called Kink & Ink (if you want link DM me). It’s been all about setting up the foundation this past week. Honestly, this feels like the “real business” I’ve been needing to build out with structure. I know it’ll give me the freedom to do my creative work later, how I like, but right now, I’m just focused on laying the groundwork. I’ve been focused on the behind-the-scenes stuff that no one really sees but it will make all the difference in the long term!

Oh, and there’s a couple of potential paid partnerships coming up that I’m excited about. Plus, I just recorded an episode on how to start, scale, and monetize as a writer in 2025 (Subscribe to YouTube to be first to watch). It was a fun chat with an up-and-coming author, named Jaxyn who also has ADHD, and we talked about the writing process and how we try (emphasis on try, haha) to stay focused.
